In October 2025, DOING Company proudly installed a 30 tons per day (TPD) mazut oil distillation plant in Kazakhstan. The Kazakhstan client owns large quantity of mazut oil with high impurity and sulfur content, which limits its application scenarios and market value. To address this issue, the client sought advanced distillation technology and reliable equipment to convert mazut oil into qualified diesel, aiming to enhance resource utilization efficiency and increase economic benefits. The company’s mazut oil to diesel distillation plant adopts a patented solid catalyst distillation process, which realizes precise temperature control, efficient distillation, sufficient condensation and accurate decolorization. 1. Double Heating System: Equipped with a direct fuel heating system and a heat transfer oil coil indirect heating system. This design ensures efficient heat conduction inside the waste oil, realizes continuous and efficient heating, and can process 3 batches of waste oil continuously within 2 days.
2. Vertical Design of Refining Reactor: The vertical structure allows the residues after distillation to be discharged automatically by gravity, facilitating operation, slag discharge and cleaning. Meanwhile, the vertical design occupies a small area, saving land costs and being more economical and practical.
3.Clean and Environmental Protection Technology: The distillation plant adopts catalytic fractionation technology. Compared with traditional acid-base washing processes, this technology does not produce secondary waste, making the whole operation process safer and more environmentally friendly. In addition, the distillation plant is equipped with an exhaust gas recovery system, which can recycle waste gas, achieving better environmental protection, economy, energy saving and consumption reduction.
Based on the client’s mazut oil reserves, processing scale and other needs, DOING customized a 30TPD mazut oil to diesel distillation plant configuration plan. The core equipment includes two sets of 15TPD distillation reactor units, a multi-stage condensation system, a clay decolorization system, a filtration system, two shared heat transfer oil furnaces, two shared desulfurization towers, and DOING patented catalyst.

After receiving the order, DOING production team fully invested in manufacturing. The entire set of mazut oil distillation plant was completed in July 2025 and shipped to Kazakhstan as scheduled.
In October 2025, DOING engineer team went to the Kazakhstan project site to guide distillation plant installation and commissioning. To ensure the stable operation of the distillation plant, DOING also provided comprehensive training for the local team, covering operating procedures, maintenance points and safety specifications.
