DOING Company Shipped Two 50TPD Continuous Pyrolysis Plants to Poland

In May 2026, Henan DOING Company successfully completed the production, inspection, and container loading for two 50TPD continuous pyrolysis plants. These advanced systems are now on their way to Poland.

The Polish customer, a diversified business, had extensively researched tire pyrolysis projects and prepared thoroughly. They had previously acquired a used continuous plant that failed to operate, leading them to place high demands on the continuity of pyrolysis plants, the maturity of the supplier's technology, and their business professionalism. After our sales team's detailed introduction and the customer's firsthand observation of the equipment manufacturing at our factory, they chose DOING Company.

Each of these two 50TPD continuous pyrolysis plants utilizes an indirect heating method for the furnace. They are equipped with eight 400,000 kcal heavy oil burners, ensuring a stable and uniform heat supply throughout the pyrolysis process.

To prevent safety hazards or compromised oil quality caused by air entering the system during pyrolysis, the equipment features a "negative pressure + nitrogen purging" dual sealing structure. This effectively maintains an inert environment within the pyrolysis furnace and guarantees the reliability of dynamic sealing at the feeding and slag discharge ports.

The front end of each continuous pyrolysis plant is fitted with a feeding weighing belt. This allows for real-time measurement and adjustment of the tire powder feeding rate. Coupled with a PLC fully automatic control system, operators can monitor key parameters such as temperature, pressure, feeding speed, and slag discharge rhythm from the central control room. The system also includes automatic alarm and interlock protection functions, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention. This truly achieves the design goal of "continuous feeding, continuous slag discharge, and continuous oil output."

To meet Poland's local environmental regulations, the customer's order includes a comprehensive environmental protection system . For final waste gas emissions, a combined system integrating exhaust gas deodorization unit, SCR denitrification, air cooling, pulse dust collection, and a desulfurization tower has been incorporated. The desulfurization tower was designed according to the customer's specific requirements: two 16-meter steel chimneys (internally anti-corrosive) are grounded, with their foundations elevated above the sedimentation tank for convenient drainage. This flue gas treatment system can serve both 50TPD continuous pyrolysis plants simultaneously, reducing the customer's investment and operating costs.

All equipment has been painted according to the confirmed color codes and meticulously inspected for touch-ups before leaving the factory, ensuring no exposed steel plates. Vulnerable parts such as motors, electrical cabinets, fans, and glass sight glasses are individually packaged with anti-collision materials and photographed for record-keeping, preventing unclear responsibility in case of damage during transportation.

These two 50TPD continuous pyrolysis plants were fully shipped in May. They are expected to arrive at the customer's site within 30 days and installation will commence shortly thereafter.
