Raw Material

DOING batch waste pyrolysis plant can pyrolyze many kinds of waste raw material into fuel oil and carbon black, such as waste plastics, waste tyres, waste rubber, medical waste, municipal solid waste, etc. It can also extract fuel oil from hazardous waste, such as waste oil sludge, coal tar oil residue, oily contaminants, etc. So pyrolysis plant for waste is also called other names: waste tyre pyrolysis plant, waste plastic pyrolysis plant, oil sludge pyrolysis plant, plastic to oil machine, tyre to oil plant, etc. DOING pyrolysis plant not only has a high oil yield, but also the operation process is safe and environmentally friendly. Working Process

Batch pyrolysis equipment adopts an intermittent operation mode, meaning that the equipment processes one batch of raw materials in one operating cycle, completing feeding, thermal cracking, cooling, and slag discharge before shutting down, and then proceeding to the next batch. This mode is suitable for small- or medium-scale production, offering flexible operation but requiring repeated start-ups and shutdowns.

Stage 1. Feeding

Raw materials can be fed into the reactor manually or automatically(using auto-feeder), and the pyrolysis reactor should be rotated clockwise. Then, the feed inlet should be sealed to ensure no gas leakage.

Stage 2. Heating
Heat the pyrolysis reactor slowly with heating materials. When the temperature reaches a certain degrees, generally starts about 200°C, the waste raw material will be pyrolyzed and produce oil gas.
Stage 3. Cooling
Oil gas from the reactor will enter the condensing system, which is cooled down to liquid oil. Then collect liquid oil by the storage tank. Gases that cannot be liquefied under normal pressure will be recovered to the combustion system through a safety device.
Stage 4. Final Products Slagging and Collection
After the liquid oil is collected, the reactor temperature will decrease. Heating is stopped after pyrolysis is complete, and the pyrolysis furnace body is cooled by cold air blowers. When the temperature drops to about 50 degrees, we can expel carbon black, steel wire or soil.
Stage 5. Gas Treatment

Combustible gases generated during pyrolysis process can be treated and recovered using exhaust gas purification equipment and used to heat the reactor. For the exhaust gas, different environmental protection devices can be installed according to the requirements of different regions to ensure compliance with emission standards.
