DOING batch pyrolysis plant offers a convenient entry point into waste pyrolysis. It is suitable not only for small/pilot operations but also for medium to large-scale waste treatment projects. The batch pyrolysis machine has a well-defined division of labor, is easy to install, and can process various raw materials, such as plastics, tires, and rubber, oil sludge, e-waste, etc. in a single cycle.
Furthermore, individual components are easily customized to meet customer processing needs, and even multiple pyrolysis projects can be connected in series and run in parallel. This model requires a low initial investment and offers operational flexibility, making it ideal for startups, demonstration projects, or areas with limited waste supply.
Raw materials can be fed into the reactor manually or automatically（using auto-feeder）, and the pyrolysis reactor should be rotated clockwise. Then, the feed inlet should be sealed to ensure no gas leakage.
Combustible gases generated during pyrolysis process can be treated and recovered using exhaust gas purification equipment and used to heat the reactor. For the exhaust gas, different environmental protection devices can be installed according to the requirements of different regions to ensure compliance with emission standards.

The initial purchase and installation costs of batch pyrolysis plant are significantly lower than those of semi-continuous and fully continuous pyrolysis equipment, with the smallest capacity skid-mounted pyrolysis unit starting at approximately US$20,000. This makes batch pyrolysis machine more suitable for small to medium-sized projects or initial investment stages with limited funds.
The equipment adopts a large furnace door structure, supporting direct feeding of whole tires, plastics, or coarsely crushed materials, eliminating the need for complex pretreatment systems. The processing cycle of a single furnace can be independently controlled, facilitating adjustments to the operating rhythm based on raw material supply conditions.
DOING pyrolysis plant is equipped with mature safety devices, such as thermometers, pressure gauges, safety valves, electronic control systems. These safety devices can monitor the operation of pyrolysis plant at any time, and can ensure the accuracy and safety of operation.
Combustible gas that cannot be liquefied under normal pressure can be recycled and used as fuel to heat the reactor. The reuse of this gas can save fuel costs in the production process of pyrolysis plant.
All parts of pyrolysis plant sealed well, and will not leak. The flue gas produced in the production process is also treated by the smoke cleaning system(include tail gas cleaning and odor removal system and desulfurization & purification tower) to ensure that the exhaust smoke is pollution-free.
