Mexican Client Signs Contract for DOING's DY-15 Stainless Steel Oil Sludge Pyrolysis Plant

DOING Company, a manufacturer of pyrolysis plant, is pleased to announce the successful signing of an agreement for a DY-15 stainless steel oil sludge pyrolysis plant with a Mexican client in April, 2026.

The client, based in Mexico and involved in oil trading and production, produces significant volumes of oil sludge as a byproduct. This sludge, often high in oil content and variable in viscosity, requires reliable treatment to recover usable resources while meeting environmental standards. This Mexican customer had previously worked with DOING's existing clients in the oil industry, and our long-term clients had given positive feedback on the reliability and ease of use of DOING's pyrolysis plant, which prompted this Mexican customer to contact us directly. In September 2025, the client visited DOING's manufacturing facility in China to evaluate potential solutions. During the visit, they conducted a thorough inspection of our pyrolysis plant and discussed technical specifications tailored to their oil sludge characteristics.

A key focus of the discussions was our pyrolysis technology's ability to handle the Mexican client's oil sludge. DOING's team performed on-site testing with samples provided by the client, analyzing factors like oil content, viscosity, and pyrolysis recovery rates. The results demonstrated that DOING pyrolysis plant could achieve a recovery rate of over 70% for oil from high oil content sludge, with low residual oil in the solid residue kept. This data directly addressed the client's primary concern: whether the technology could effectively process their waste without operational issues.

The DY-15 stainless steel oil sludge pyrolysis plant operates on a proven pyrolysis principle. In an oxygen-free environment, the reactor heats the oil sludge to temperatures between 300-500°C, causing the hydrocarbon compounds to break down into oil vapors. These vapors are then condensed into recoverable fuel oil, while non-condensable combustible gases are recycled to provide heat for the pyrolysis system, reducing energy costs. The remaining solid residue is processed into inert material suitable for safe disposal or reuse.

To suit the Mexican client's oil sludge, this DY-15 stainless steel oil sludge pyrolysis plant incorporates several crucial features:

Stainless Steel Construction with Anti-Coking Design: The pyrolysis plant is entirely made of stainless steel, and the reactor are equipped with anti-coking device to prevent material adhesion and coking on the reactor walls, guaranteeing stable and continuous operation for the 15-ton batch capacity.

Tail Gas Treatment: The tail gas treatment module captures and processes emissions to comply with Mexico's environmental regulations, including limits on VOCs and particulates.

Currently, production of this DY-15 stainless steel oil sludge pyrolysis plant ordered by Mexician customer is underway, with delivery scheduled to the client's site in Mexico as per the contract terms next month.
