The client is an Iranian national who runs a company in the Netherlands, bringing international investment experience to a new project in Kenya. The decision to enter tire pyrolysis and oil distillation there was driven by a read on the local market and a working relationship with Kenyan government bodies, which makes the venture easier to launch.
