Spanish Customer Ordered for DY-S-15 Tire Pyrolysis Machine and DY-D-10 Pyrolysis Oil Distillation Machine

In December 2025, DOING successfully entered into a cooperation agreement with a Spanish customer, who placed an order for one set of DY-S-15 tire pyrolysis machine and DY-D-10 pyrolysis oil distillation machine.

The Spanish customer has long been involved in energy and fuel-related businesses, amassing extensive experience in the local fuel sales market. Having observed Spainsh abundant waste tire resources and the substantial profit potential of converting these wastes into fuel via pyrolysis technology, the Spanish customer made the strategic decision to expand its business scope—specifically, to recycle local waste tires and produce marketable fuel products.

To rigorously assess the capabilities of pyrolysis machine and distillation machine suppliers, the Spanish customer authorized a third-party agent to conduct an on-site audit of DOING factory. During the inspection, the agent carried out a comprehensive evaluation of DOING production scale, manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and product samples. The final inspection report confirmed that DOING factory strength, production capacity, and product quality fully met the Spanish customers’ requirements for high-standard equipment.

Tire fuel oil application

DY-S-15 tire pyrolysis machine recommended by DOING proved to be an ideal fit for the Spanish customers’ business objectives. This equipment strikes a perfect balance between operational flexibility and production efficiency, making it well-suited for medium-scale waste tire processing operations. It can stably convert waste tires into pyrolysis oil as the primary product.

Complementing this, the supporting DY-D-10 pyrolysis oil distillation machine is capable of further refining the pyrolysis oil into diesel fuel that meets the operational requirements of diesel generators and heavy machinery. This value-added refining process expands the application scenarios of the end product, enabling the Spanish customer to maximize the commercial value of its output.

Following the submission of a detailed and highly positive inspection report by the third-party agent, the Spanish customer gained full confidence in DOING products and overall capabilities. In December 2025, the Spanish customer officially signed a cooperation contract with DOING and confirmed the order for the two sets of equipment.
