In early October, DOING successfully installed two sets of 20 T/day continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant in Jiangxi, China.
The waste tyre is first broken and turned into rubber powder and then sent to the pyrolysis reactor by a screw. After high temperature pyrolysis, these waste tyres become carbon black and oil and gas, and the carbon black is collected separately, and the oil and gas are condensed to fuel oil and stored in the oil tank. The whole process is fully automatic, very time-saving and high efficiency. The most important is our continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant adopts accurate calculated pyrolysis system, which could ensure fully pyrolysis of the tyres, thus to get high oil output.
