The customer has been involved in tire and plastic pyrolysis since 2012, and over the years, they have used equipment from several suppliers. Several years ago, they purchased a used DOING pyrolysis plant through a local intermediary. This used pyrolysis plant operated stably, performing daily pyrolysis cycles for extended periods without major breakdowns. Its consistent output and extremely low downtime convinced the customer of the quality of DOING's pyrolysis plant manufacturing, laying the foundation for this direct purchase.

The 15T/D batch plastic pyrolysis plant to be supplied to the Indian customer features a robust design, specifically tailored for batch processing of mixed plastic waste. The core reactor is made of high-strength steel and utilizes a rigorous welding process, capable of withstanding repeated high temperatures up to 500°C. This material selection ensures the reactor maintains its structural integrity even after years of use, as demonstrated by a previous DOING second-hand pyrolysis plant used by the client, which operated for many years under similar conditions without leaks or deformation.

In batch operation mode, the pyrolysis plant sequentially undergoes loading, heating, pyrolysis, and cooling stages, employing a sealed system to prevent gas leakage. The insulation layer and heavy-duty sealing components on the doors and flanges contribute to operational stability, ensuring the safe processing of 15 tons of raw materials daily. Maintenance is simple and convenient, with easily accessible components such as the condenser and slag removal system, minimizing downtime during busy recycling operations.

The pyrolysis efficiency of this plant is enhanced by DOING's high-efficiency oil-gas separation and condensation system, which effectively captures vapors and produces fuel oil with low impurity content – typically achieving a 40%-60% conversion rate from plastic to usable fuel oil. This equipment, optimized to DOING Company's manufacturing standards, meets the client's demand for reliable output, enabling them to continuously process large volumes of plastic waste.
