Is pyrolysis plant needs catalyst? What is its usage?

Yes, our new pyrolysis plant needs catalyst when running. The catalyst is environment friendly chemical used in process to increase the speed of reaction and remove the bad smell. Current cost of catalyst is about USD1/kg and is used in the plant 0.1 to 0.5% of the raw material feed quantity. Technical details and name of the catalyst is disclosed to client at the time of technology transfer.
