When do we need using Circle cutting machine?

Generally we suggest that using the circle cutting machine with Hydraulic cutting machine together. Cut the hard steel wire of tire inner ring first by circle cutting machine, then cut the waste tires into pieces by hydraulic cutting machine which would be easier to operate. Or, if you would like to keep the steel wire of waste tires inner rings, you could cut it first by circle cutting machine.
