Economic growth and changing consumption and production patterns are resulting into rapid increase in generation of waste plastics in the worl d. In Asia and the Pacific, as well as many other developing regions, plastic consumption has increas ed much more than the world average due to rapid urbanization and economic development. The world's annual consumption of plastic mate rials has increased from around 5 million tonnes in the 1950s to nearly 100 million tonnes; thus, 20 tim es more plastic is produced today than 50 years ago. This implies that on the one hand, more resources are being us ed to meet the increased demand of plastic, and on the other hand, more plastic waste is being generated.

Continuous pyrolysis of plastic plant
Doing have a technologically developed continuous pyrolysis of plastic plant ,which is used for generating energy from the waste plastics. These plants are efficient way for disposing of such non biodegradable waste, where the organic materials is heated in the absence of oxygen or other reagents that produces gas, oil, carbon black . Our Continuous pyrolysis of plastic plant is also capable of treating the rubber and industrial tyre waste.

Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life. Plastic to oil line cooling systems decides oil output. There are two steps for cooling. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. Its inner have 61 pipes in one condenser. The total cooling area is 100㎡. This will guarantee you a high oil yield. The reasonable design has a direct relationship with the oil output.
