On June 11, our engineer successfully installed 2 sets continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plants and one set waste oil to diesel plant in Anhui, China.

Before this project, the customer had ever processed the oil sludge, waste oil, etc using old type pyrolysis plant, supported by local government. But, as the country’s requirements for environmental protection become more stringent, it is different for him to continue with his original pyrolysis plant because of its bad smell and black smoke, which produce serious pollution to environment. So he planned to seek environmental friendly pyrolysis plant to carry on with his waste oil recycling business.

DOING continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plant is specially designed to process oil sludge, waste tyre/tyre, coal tar and the other solid waste containing oil to pyrolysis oil. And the pyrolysis oil can be further refined into diesel for more use by waste oil to diesel plant. What's more, the residue produced by waste oil to diesel plant can be cracked by the continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plant till all the oil contained in the waste is extracted.
