3.The oil gas produced enters the catalytic tower for further treatment.

In this process, the distilled oil gas will go through the catalytic tower of our pyrolysis oil to diesel conversion plant for further refining. DOING provides you with patented catalytic. Two different kinds of catalysts inside the tower work together to purify the distilled oil gas and meanwhile crack the heaver oil fractions.

4.Oil gas condensing into liquid oil.

5. Decolorization and deodorization

6. Collecting the product of waste tyre pyrolysis oil to diesel

After distillation, the residue with main component bitumen can be extracted by the asphalt pump.
