Yes, it is very profitable to do waste tyre or plastic pyrolysis business in European countries. The pyrolysis fuel oil in Europe can be sold at about USD1000/ton. After further refining into diesel by pyrolysis oil distillation machine, our customer can get an even better price.

Tyre carbon black can be further refined and used as coloring agent for rubber factories, painting factories and water pipe factories, etc. Besides, since after pyrolysis tyre carbon black still has high heating value, it can be also processed into briquettes as a kind of solid fuel. The crude carbon black can be sold at a price of about USD120/ton or higher, and more than USD200 after further processing.

The product and applications of waste tyres pyrolysis plant

Steel wire is sold as scrap steel to steel factories for recycling or used to make reinforcing rods for building. Its price is about USD120/ton.
