And waste tires as a solid waste not only occupy the land, the most important is it cause pollution to the environment. So how to dispose the waste tires becoming more and more necessary. But at first the waste tire pyrolysis machine is batch type, which has low automation and mainly operated by labour. This batch type pyrolysis machine needs to be stopped after every process for discharge residues (carbon black and steel wire) and feeding tires again. For one complete process, it takes about 16-20 hours, almost one whole day. And this batch type pyrolysis machine cannot process big quantity feedstock. For safety consideration, it only can process at most tons tires per day. This is enough for the personal business. But for large scale waste tire dealing companies or government projects, this kind of batch type waste tire pyrolysis continuous machine may not meet their demand. So, as the increasing demand of the market and imprving technology, last year we just developed a new design as waste tire pyrolysis continuous machine

Waste tire pyrolysis continuous machine advantage
Adopts advanced low temperature pyrolysis plant technology, achieved industrial continuous operation. Prevents environmental and safety hidden risks from the basic root.
The patent heating technology and particular heat spreading technique together with the low temperature sulfur transfer catalyst ensure the materials are equally heated. The oil yield is high and the qualities of both oil and carbon black are excellent.
The combustible gas produced during the process will be totally used as fuel to the heating system plus the residual heat recycling technology, can increase heat efficiency and low down the running cost.
The low temperature pyrolysis technology far increases the safety performance as well as the equipment lifespan.
The particular gas purification system removes all the pollutants: the organic compounds and solid particles like H2S 、 CO 、 CO2 、 SO2 、 SO3 、 NOX 、 NH3 etc., which make the emission specifications comply with highly regulated country standards like Europe and US etc.
